Here at Instantly.sg, we have created a live Instagram printing service using our own proprietary technology. Our Instagram printer can detect and obtain the correct Instagram photos of your event, and then automatically embed these photos onto a customised design template. These will then be printed out instantly within seconds and presented to your guests. Our Instagram photobooth is perfect for any event, ranging from corporate roadshows to weddings and birthday parties. Not only can you surprise your guests with a personalised souvenir, you can also increase your event’s social media presence from the use of your event’s Instagram hashtag.

How does the live printing work at our Instagram photobooth?
Step 1:
Choose a unique hashtag for your event
Step 2:
Invite your guests to upload their photo to their PUBLIC Instagram accounts and tag it with the event hashtag.
Step 3:
All photos with the event hashtag will automatically appear on our printing portal. Your guests can come to our portal to select the photos that they wish to print.
Step 4:
Selected photos will automatically be embedded onto your event’s custom design template, which will be printed instantly.

- 1 You can revise the design for free up to the first 3 times. Every subsequent revision is at $30.
- 2 The main job of our staff on site is to facilitate the printing process and help guests take photos when needed. They are not responsible for engaging guests to post their photos onto Instagram. Should you require staff to engage/crowd pull, kindly let us know separately. Additional charges may apply.

1 Note that we will only provide the software for our Instagram Live Feed. You will need to provide a laptop (with internet connection), projector and a projection screen.
Please note that you can revise the designs for the customised printouts, props and A2 instruction board for up to 3 times. Each subsequent revision is priced at $30.
For our Live Instagram Printing service, we will arrive 45 minutes beforehand to set up.
We will require the following logistics:
- A space of 1.5m by 1.5m
- Space to be near to a power socket (13amp)
- 1 table. If you are unable to provide us with the table, kindly let us know. We will arrange our own table accordingly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can photos from private Instagram accounts be printed at the Instagram photobooth?
No. We will need your guests to make their Instagram accounts public for a while to let us access their photos.
What if my guests do not have an Instagram account?
We will use our temporary Instagram account to help your guests take photos and upload with your brand/event’s hashtag, so that your guests can receive their printouts. However, do note that the purpose of our Instagram photobooth is to help your brand/event gain social media exposure by encouraging your guests to post photos onto their personal Instagram accounts and use your brand/event’s hashtag. If your guests are not Instagram savvy, we will be required to take a lot of photos and upload them to our temporary Instagram account. This will defeat the purpose of our Instagram photobooth. In such case, we strongly encourage you to choose other printing alternatives such as our instant photo booth service.
