1 These are the staff who will go around with taking photos of your guests.

2 Our booth is 60cm by 60cm and has a height of about 185cm. We will provide you the design template to design accordingly. If you require us to the design for you, an additional fee of $150 is required with free revision up to the first 3 times. Every subsequent revision is at $30. 1 For each additional rover, minimum engagement is 2 hours.

2 Our rovers will be able to capture boomerang videos of your guests. These boomerang videos will be fully branded with your event’s custom branding overlay (with Instantly.sg branding). Your guests will be able to instantly email these boomerang videos to themselves.

3 You can customise the text message for the email. For example, to ask guests to visit a particular web page, like your Facebook page etc. Do note that the email is a simple text email, and does not include any form of images or animations. Also, the emails has to be sent from a Gmail account. By default, we will use our own Gmail account to send the emails. However, if you have your own Gmail account, we can integrate it into our system as well.

4 You can revise the design for free up to the first 3 times. Every subsequent revision is at $30.

How long do you need to set up?

We will arrive 2 hours beforehand to set up.

How big a space do you need?

Our selection booth is about 60cm by 60cm. Hence, we will require a space of about 2m by 2m for smooth operations. Space is to be near to a power source.

Who are these rovers that you are providing?

Our rovers are staff trained specially trained by us for our Smart Roving Photography service. They are engaging, friendly and know how to utilise our custom Smart Roving Photography App for photo taking.
