The below photos are for a launch campaign we did for Supergoop. We deployed our smart rovers around the venue to capture photos of guests. After a photo is taken, it is wirelessly transmitted to our fully branded selection booth for guests to print/email the photo to themselves.
How Does Our Smart Roving Photography Works
Step 1:
Our rovers will roam about your event premise to help your guests capture photos.
Step 2:
Automatically, captured photos will be branded with your brand’s design and appear on our fully custom branded selection booth.
Step 3:
Your guests can select their photos for printing or emailing.
Our Smart Roving Photography Package
For Smart Roving Photography service, we are able to use any brand/type of smartphones (provided by you). All we have to do, is to tweak our software accordingly*. For instance, the below photos are for a launch campaign we did for Google. It was the launch of the new Google Pixel smartphone and the company wanted us to use the new smartphones to showcase its photo capturing capability. Thus, instead of using our own in house phones, our smart rovers were equipped with Google Pixel smartphone instead. A total of 4 smart rovers were deployed at the venue. All photos were transmitted wirelessly to our fully branded selection booth for instant emailing and printing.
*Note: In such case, we will need you to pass us the smartphones about 2 weeks before your event for us to prepare our software.

- 1 These are the staff who will go around taking photos of your guests.
- 2 You can revise the design for free up to the first 3 times. Every subsequent revision is at $30.
- 3 Our booth is 60cm by 60cm and has a height of about 185cm. We will provide you the design template to design accordingly. If you require us to the design for you, an additional fee of $150 is required with free revision up to the first 3 times. Every subsequent revision is at $30.

The remaining 2 inch by 4 inch portion (which is perforated) can be separately torn away. This is deal for creating square size printout, while retaining a part of the printout as voucher for event promotion/advertising etc. |

- 2 Note that we will only provide the software for our Live Photo Feed. You will need to provide a laptop (with internet connection), projector and a projection screen.
For our Smart Roving Photography service, we will arrive 1.5 hours earlier to set up.
We will require the following logistics:
- A space of 1.5m by 1.5m
- Access to 1 x 13amp power socket
- 1 table. If you are unable to provide us with the table, kindly let us know. We will arrange for our own table accordingly.
