ROVING PHOTOGRAPHY
To capture precious memories of an event, most event organizers will hire professional event photographers to roam around the event premises to take capture photos of their guests having fun. Most of these event photographers will probably only send over the soft copies of all the photos taken to the event organizer after the event has ended. From the guests perspective, they probably will never get to see the photo that was taken (even though they were the subjects of the photo). For some lucky ones, they will end up finding their photos on the event’s Facebook page after 4895489574 years.
At Instantly.sg, our Roving Photography service is different. We want to help you delight your guests as much as possible. As such, we are taking event photography a step further by allowing all these photos taken by our photographer to be printed out instantly during the course of your event itself! Now, your guests get to bring a copy of their photos home!

NOTE: For our Roving Photography service, we focus on capturing photos of your guests, getting them printed out instantly and then passing them to your guests. It is different from event photography, whereby the focus is on capturing highlights of the event (example, speeches, event decoration, performances etc.)
How Does Our Roving Photography Works
Step 1:
Our professional event photographer will roam about your event to take photos
Step 2:
Photos taken by our event photographer will be wirelessly transferred to our photo printer
Step 3:
Your event’s custom design printout template will be embedded onto the photos. Photos will be printed out instantly and passed to your guests during your event.

- 1 You can revise the design for free up to the first 3 times. Every subsequent revision is at $30.
- 2 The main job of our staff on site is to facilitate the photo printing process. They are not responsible for crowd pulling or engaging. Should you require staff to engage/crowd pull guests to our booth, kindly let us know separately. Additional charges may apply.

- 2 Note that we will only provide the software for our Live Photo Feed. You will need to provide a laptop (with internet connection), projector and a projection screen.
For our roving photography service, we will arrive 45 minutes beforehand to set up.
We will require the following logistics:
- A space of 2m by 2m
- Space to be near to a power socket (13amp)
- 1 table. If you are unable to provide us with the table, kindly let us know. We will arrange our own table accordingly.

What's the different between your roving photography service and event photography coverage service?
Our roving photography service mainly focuses on taking photos of your guests and getting them printed out instantly. However, for our event photography coverage service, our photographer mainly focuses on capturing sights and happenings at your event. This include candid shots, shots of the event, shots of the event performance etc. Depending on circumstances, he/she may or may not capture photos of your guests.
