STAGE PHOTOGRAPHY INSTANT PRINT
Ideal for any stage or award presentation/ceremony, our Stage Photography Instant Print service will allow you to delight each of your guests (ie., the award recipient) by giving them the perfect take home gift – an instant printout of them receiving their award from the guest of honour. Our professional photographer will be stationed stragetically in front of the stage to capture instant stage photography shots of each award recipient receiving their award. Then, these photos will be instantly wirelessly transmitted to our printing station for instant printing. You will have the option to embed your branding/logo over the photo too. The whole process is real quick, and within 2-4 minute after a recipient comes down the stage, the photo would have been printed out and ready for collection.

- 2 Note that we will only provide the software for our Live Photo Feed. You will need to provide a laptop (with internet connection), projector and a projection screen.
We will arrive 1.5 hour beforehand to set up. To make sure that photos taken can be transmitted wirelessly and quickly over to our printer for printing, a bulk of the time is for us to recee on site to determine the best spot for our photographer, our printer and our router.
For our Stage Photography Instant print service, we will require the following
- A space of 2m by 2m
- Space to be near to a power point
- 1 table for printer
- If you or your venue is not able to provide this. Kindly let us know. We will prepare our own tables accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions
What material is the paper photo frames made of?
Our paper photo frames are made of 310gsm artpaper. It is a sturdy material and when folded, the frame itself will be strong enough to stand on its own and hold onto the photo (that is being slot into it). See above for some image references.
After a photo is taken by your photographer, how long will it takes before my guests can collect their photo printout?
We use wireless transmission to transmit the photo taken by our stage photographer to the printer for printing. Usually, this is a very quick process. Within 1min, your guests should be able to collect his/her photo printout. That said, we need to have a strong wireless signal for our stage photography instant print service to function optimally. This is why when we set up, a bulk of our time is used to determine the optimal location of our photographer, router and printer. If somehow, due to venue constraint, we are not able to obtain good wireless signal, then the transmission process may slow down. In such case, it may take longer for your guests to collect their photos. To avoid such scenario, if you are unsure of your venue’s condition, kindly arrange for us to come down to do a site recee first. We can then advise accordingly. Lastly, no note that for larger printing size (for instance, 6R printing), the printing speed will be slower.
