Perhaps the only drawback of the Instagram App is that it is not real time. Users will have to refresh the App by swiping down to load new photos. Fortunately, for our Instagram Live Feed service, no swiping down action is needed. Our Instagram Live Feed service will automatically obtain any photos uploaded to Instagram that is tagged with your chosen event Instagram hashtag and display them in real time on a gallery.
By displaying all the various Instagram photos of your event from different guests in real time, different perspectives of your event will be shared across to everyone at your event. Not to mention, nothing beats the excitement and fun of seeing one’s Instagram photo appearing real time on a projected gallery!

How long do you need to set up?
We will arrive 1 hour beforehand to set up.
For this Instagram Live Feed service, what do I need to provide or cater for?
We will need you to provide a laptop (with Google Chrome installed), internet connection (for the laptop), a projector and a projector screen. Usually, your event premise will be able to provide you a projector and a projector screen. If you do not have any of the above mentioned items, you can get it from us. Please see the tab “Add Ons”.
How do I project the Instagram Live Feed gallery?
Our Instagram Live Feed gallery can be easily accessed via a web link. We just need a laptop with Google Chrome installed. There is no application or program to download. Then, this laptop will be connected to your projector.
What is photo moderation?
Our photo moderation tool will ensure that only photos related to your event will appear on the gallery. Every time we detect a new photo has been hashtagged with your event hashtag, it will not appear on the gallery straight away. Instead, you will be notified first. Only when you approve the photo, will the photo appear on the gallery in real time. The approval process is an extremely simple one. Our own site technician will show you (or your staff) on how to approve a photo when he/she visit your event venue for set up.
