How does our audio guest book works?
Step 1:
Come to our audio guest book phone. Pick up the receiver.
Step 2:
You will hear a voice message prompt, informing you to leave your message after the beep. Upon hearing the beep, talk into the phone receiver any message you have!
Step 3:
Once done, put down the phone receiver. Automatically, your voice message will be recorded and saved. Post event, your event host will be able to listen the message that you’ve specically recorded.

- Fully customised front landing screen on iPad
- This is the default screen shown to guests at our Audio Guest Book. This screen will disappear when the phone receiver is picked up
- All voice messages will be provided to you after the event via our online gallery

| Instant printouts | With this add on, our Audio Guest Book will be enhanced to include our photo booth service. Upon reaching our Audio Guest Book, guests will be presented with two options. One option is to record a voice message (the normal default Audio Guest Book function), and the other is to take a photo. All photos taken will be embed onto a fully customised printout design template. That printout will then be printed out instantly and passed to your guests. |

Frequently Asked Questions
You do not have any staff on site. What if my Audio Guest Book service breakdowns or malfunction?
Not to worry. Even though we do not have any staff on site, we are remotely constantly monitoring this service of ours. In addition, we also have staff on standby during the whole service duration. If there is really any malfunction, we will first try to remote control our system and try to resolve it. If it is a hardware issue and we can’t resolve it, we will then come down on site to troubleshoot accordingly.
